Matcha Macaroons

Our vegan macaroons are full of naturally delicious coconut flavour thanks to our Organic Desiccated Coconut. You have to try this simple yet moreish recipe.

16 Macaroons


125ml Coconut milk
1 tablespoon Coconut flour
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Dark chocolate
2 teaspoons Matcha
Pinch of Salt


Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C for fan assisted ovens and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add all of the ingredients to a pan over a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes while stirring to make sure the ingredients are combined and the coconut milk has been absorbed.

Once thickened, remove from the heat and form small domes of the mixture and place on the baking tray. Make sure to leave a gap between each macaroon and bake for 15 minutes or until golden-brown.

Allow the macaroons to cool before decorating. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle on top.
