2 Carrots sliced
1 Banana peeled & sliced
1 Apple cored & quartered
200ml Coconut milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Organic turmeric
65g Ice

Instructions

Place the carrots into a blender followed by the banana, apple, coconut milk and lemon juice.

Tip in the ginger, turmeric and ice and blend until smooth. Serve chilled and enjoy!
