Our chia pudding parfait recipe tastes like a treat but it's actually full of nutritional ingredients. It's so simple to make yet looks particularly impressive when layered in to a glass with fruit and nuts. Eating healthy has never been easier!
Tip the milk and maple syrup in to a bowl and heat. Slit the vanilla pod open down its length, and scrape out the small, sticky seeds using the tip of a small knife and drop half of the seeds in to the milk mixture.
Add the chia seeds and banana powder and whisk to combine. Pour the mixture in to a container with a lid and place in the fridge over night.
Place slices of banana to the bottom of a glass and a layer of natural yogurt. Pour the chia seed mixture on top of the yogurt with banana slices, almonds, berries and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
