Just because it's cold out doesn't mean the salads have to stop! Here's our take on an autumnal salad...



A bag of Kale
1 Apple cored and sliced
A handful of Pecans
A sprinkle of Dried cranberries
1 Carrot sliced


3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Apple juice
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
60ml Olive oil


In a bowl, combine the kale, apple, pecans, cranberries and carrots.

Add the dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Toss the salad in the dressing and serve with pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
