Take this healthy chia pudding with you on the go!


Vanilla Chia Pudding

177ml Cashew milk
2 tablespoons Organic chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Maple syrup

Charcoal Chia Pudding

1 tablespoon Activated charcoal
4 tablespoons Organic chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
177ml Cashew milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract



Add the ingredients to a bowl and combine thoroughly. Fill jars half way with the mixture. Place in the fridge for an hour.


Combine the ingredients in a clean bowl. Pour on top of the vanilla pudding, close the jar and place in the fridge overnight.

Serve with goji berries and enjoy!
