Nothing says pizza party quite like this powerfully pink recipe!


Pizza Base

185g Self-raising flour
245g Greek yoghurt


1 Beetroot peeled and diced
1/2 Garlic clove crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ground cumin
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Tahini
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


50g Goats cheese crumbled


Pizza Dough

Place the flour and yoghurt into a large mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface, knead for 8 - 10 minutes then divide into 3 even pieces and roll out each piece to your desired thickness.

Preheat the oven to 200C, place a pizza tray in the oven for 5 minutes, remove from the oven and lightly coat in cooking oil. Transfer the pizza dough to the prepared tray and pre-bake for 5 minutes.


Preheat the oven to 200C, place the hummus ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more olive oil or lemon juice if needed.

Spread the hummus onto the pizza dough and crumble goats cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until the toppings are cooked and the edges are golden brown!
