Combine the flavours of fall with golden milk and you've got yourself a very tasty anti-inflammatory drink!

Ingredients

950ml Plant-based milk
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
2 tablespoons Pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
A pinch of Ginger
A pinch of Ground cloves
A pinch of Black pepper

Garnish

Instructions

Add the milk to a saucepan over a medium to high heat until it begins to steam. Tip in the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Heat to a gentle simmer and serve with a cinnamon stick and star anise on top.
