Use a variety of veggies for a colourful summertime pizza recipe! You can even make this pizza vegan by using plant based alternatives...
In a large mixing bowl, tip in the yeast, sugar and water, mix until the yeast and sugar has dissolved.
Add the flour, a teaspoon of salt and a dash of oil and combine until a dough forms. Leave the dough to double in size in a warm area of your home.
Preheat the oven to 220C, chop and slice your chosen vegetables, place on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, sprinkle rosemary and thyme on top and cook for 35 minutes.
Line pizza trays with baking paper, preheat the oven to 220C, divide the dough and roll in to circular shapes.
Place the dough on to the lined pizza trays and cook for 10 to 12 minutes each.
Combine the cream cheese, cream, sour cream, basil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread on to the pizza base, top with vegetables and a sprinkle of chives and cook for 5 minutes.
