Mmmm garlicky goodness for lunch!

Ingredients

Garlic Mushrooms

4 tablespoons Butter
1/4 teaspoon Organic thyme
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Garlic minced
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Kale
Whole wheat bread

Instructions

Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat, add the mushrooms, beans, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender (around 7 minutes).

Stir in the garlic and cook for a minute then sprinkle with parsley. Top the whole wheat bread with kale then spoon the garlic mushrooms on top!
