JustIngredients Organic Brown Basmati Rice

A quick yellow rice recipe that's full of flavour.


185 grams Basmati rice
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
475ml Vegetable stock


Tip of all of the ingredients in to a pan over a high heat, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cover for 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and leave to sit for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve.
