300g Amaranth cooked
2 tablespoons Almond butter
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
A handul of Almonds
1 Apple


Combine the amaranth, almond butter, dates, turmeric, salt, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Spoon in to a bowl and top with slices of apples and a handful of almonds.
